Where to ride

From awesome singletrack through native bush at the Manawatū Gorge to natural trails, massive berms and jumps at Arapuke Forest Park and all-weather goodness on sand based trails at Scotts Ferry, the Manawatū, Rangitikei and Tararua has it all.

The Dirt Divas run women-specific rides. They have a Facebook group (Ask to Join) and an Instagram page and Webpage

Trail Building and maintenance

The Manawatu Mountain Bike Club has constructed and maintains over 60km of trails in the region.

MMBC have the tools and expertise to build fun, flowy, and sustainable trails. These do require some maintenance, and we need volunteers to help us. Occasional working bees are advertised in the Calendar and on Facebook.
